Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together the crab, lemon and fish seasoning. Stir in the fennel and pomegranate arils.
- Using the toaster, adjust the browning control to setting 4 and place 2 slices of bread in the toasting slots. Press the lever down fully to begin toasting cycle.
- Spread the crème fraiche on toast slices and top with the crab mixture. Sprinkle fennel fronds on top and enjoy immediately.
